Yogurt dill dip with veggies 
Nacho salsa dip (Eastern Europe is diversifying too!) 

Main
Glazed roasted country ham 
Perogies with fried onions and sour cream 
Fresh cut creamy coleslaw 

Vegetarian option
Sautéed portobello mushrooms 


Dessert
Sour cherry ice cream
